The Stealth Original Handgun Safe is a high-security safe made with 10 gauge solid steel body and a 3/16" solid steel wrap around door with a thick steel locking bolt. It has a full steel housing underneath the lock, two massive steel lugs lock underneath two steel deadbars on the hinge side. The safe has an authentic KABA Simplex lock made in the USA and is made with global and domestic parts. The external dimensions of the safe are 4-1/4" H (5-1/4" H with knob) x 12-9/16" W x 10-1/4" (11-1/2" D with handle extended) and it weighs 24 lbs. The safe is finished in matte black color and manufactured by Stealth.
The Stealth Pistol Safe has added security features such as (2) 3/8" Steel Lugs, a thicker chrome plated locking bolt, two solid steel deadbars, and a welded, continuous hinge. The safe has an easy-to-use Simplex Mechanical Lock with a potential of 1,081 unique combinations, making it very difficult for a burglar to break in. The lock is encased in steel and has a punch-resistant housing to prevent thieves from using the "punch" method. The safe has a gas piston assist that helps lift the lid and hold it in place, and a high-density, pluck foam interior that can be fully customized to the exact fit and finish of the firearm and magazine. The safe can be bolted down using the four pre-drilled bolt holes, and it has a chrome plated carrying handle for easy and secure transportation.
